Known for its exceptional high-elevation pine forest, it serves as the headwaters for numerous streams that nourish Kampong Speu Town. Day 1 :

Phnom Penh - Chambok Ecotourism Community

Starting on an unforgettable adventure with our Kirirom Trekking Tour. With a professional tone of voice, we ensure that your first day trek will be nothing short of exceptional. Our journey begins with a convenient pick-up from your hotel in Phnom Penh promptly at 7:00 am. From there, we provide a private transfer via the expressway to the Chambok Based Ecotourism Community, a scenic drive lasting approximately 2 hours. As we arrive at the community, we are greeted by our knowledgeable local guide who will accompany us throughout the trek.

To support the local community, farmers, and sustainable development, we join together to prepare a package lunch that benefits the community. Eager to explore the wonders of Kirirom National Park, our adventure takes us through a bamboo forest, where we discover a hidden waterfall, bat cave, primary forest, and pine forest. As we traverse the park, we are treated to a marvelous display of forest birds, including the Chinese Francolin, Common Flameback, Black-naped Oriole, and many more. The hike is not only exhilarating but also provides an opportunity to enjoy a delicious packed lunch amidst the tranquility of the forest.

Continuing on, we venture along the ranger’s trail towards the heart of Kirirom National Park, being rejuvenated by the refreshing scent of the pine forest. Upon arrival, we check into our accommodation for a restful one-night stay at the pine forest resort, where you can choose between a comfortable Khmer cottage or luxury tents. After unwinding and taking a dip in the inviting pool, surrounded by the splendor of the pine forest, we gather to savor a delectable dinner and relax into the evening.

Day 2 :

Mountain Clift & back to Phnom Penh

Experience the beauty of Kirirom National Park on our professional trekking tour. After a delicious breakfast at 8:00 am, we will have a short transfer to the starting point for our trekking for today. Our route takes us through the majestic pine forest, leading us to a cliff where we can soak in the breathtaking views of the Cardamom mountain range. As we make our way, keep an eye out for a variety of bird species such as the Black-naped Oriole, Ashy Drongo, and Mountain Imperial-pigeon, among many others.

Once we have refreshed ourselves with the stunning vista of the Cardamom mountain range, we will hike back to our private supported vehicle. From there, we can drive you back to Phnom Penh, or if you prefer, we can drop you off at your next destination such as Kap, Kampot, Sihanoukville, or Koh Kong.
