Once we arrive, our knowledgeable cycling tour guide will provide a brief on the bike, traffic, and the tour. Next, we’ll take a local ferry to cross the Mekong River and reach the picturesque Phnom Penh countryside, just a short 5 to 10-minute ride away. As we cycle through the local farmland, you’ll have the chance to see farmers tending to crops like mangoes, bananas, lemongrass, papayas, corn, and other vegetables. We’ll also pass through charming Khmer villages, immersing ourselves in the local way of life. After some cycling, we’ll take a break to savor delicious Khmer desserts or fruits before visiting a sedge weaving workshop, where skilled artisans create beautiful handmade products that contribute to the local economy. You’ll even have the opportunity to try your hand at sedge weaving!

Continuing our journey, we’ll cycle through rice fields, lotus farms, and corn farms, truly experiencing the agricultural heart of the region. Lunch will be served at a local house, where you can learn more about traditional silk weaving, another significant Khmer handicraft.

Once we arrive, our professional tour guides will assist you in getting comfortable on your bike and give a briefing on road safety and the tour ahead. We then embark on a local ferry that takes us across the scenic Mekong River, immersing ourselves in the beautiful Phnom Penh countryside just a 5- or 10-minute drive away. As we pedal through the local farmland, you will have the opportunity to observe farmers cultivating various crops such as mangos, bananas, lemongrass, papayas, and corns.
