Physical Ratings
Our trips have ratings to help you decide if they are right for you. More stars mean more challenge. The physical rating indicates the level of physical exertion necessary for a trip. Most itineraries are suited for those with average fitness, but some specialized tours like Krirom trekking tour need prior training.
1/5 = Relaxing and break. No need for physical exertion unless desired.
2/5 = Easy activities in trip. No prep needed. Enjoy journey.
3/5 = The trip will raise heart rate. Moderate activities included & fitness required.
4/5 = Be ready for intense physical activity. The fitter you are, the more you’ll love it, as activities will be tough.
5/5 = Highest physical rating. Prepare for heart-pumping adventure with challenges and extreme conditions. Need to be seriously fit for this trip as difficult activities included.
