Do you run tours in languages other than English?
All our tours are quoted in English tour guide and if you prefer another language we recommend to create your own tour or Tailor-Made Tour.
Do your tours include international airfare?
Our tours do not include international airfare, as our travelers come from various locations worldwide. However, we are more than happy to assist you in arranging flights. Simply request an airfare quote when you make your booking, and we’ll help you with the details!
Will I get a confirmation from Visit Local Travel after I've made a booking?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation voucher. If you don’t receive it, please contact support@visitlocratravel.com.
Is my tour confirmed?
Once you’ve made your booking, your tour is automatically confirmed. Check your email inbox to see your booking confirmation voucher and payment receipt.
Do I need to take my voucher on my Visit Local Travel?
Yes, please bring your booking voucher for verification when a first time meeting our tour guide.
Can I make changes to an existing booking?
You can change the date of your booking within 24 hours of making the reservation.
What if I need to cancel?
- Day Tour: You can cancel your booking for free of change up to 24 hours prior to the tour’s start time.
- Multi-Day Tour: To cancel or change a departure date for a multi-day tour, you probably need to follow our cancellation terms and conditions.
