What is the Angkor Centre For Conservation Biodiversity?
Angkor Centre For Conservation Biodiversity (ACCB) is a wildlife rescue and nature conservation center. This means that every animal in ACCB care is indigenous to Cambodia and has been rescued from the illegal trade in wildlife.
Recently, to help the project wildlife in Siem Reap, Cambodia, Angkor Centre For Conservation Biodiversity has been conducting work in its main four areas Wildlife rescue rehabilitation and release, Conservation breeding, Environmental education, and Conservation research.
How to visit ACCB?
Angkor Centre For Conservation Biodiversity is located near the historical Kbal Spean site which is close to Phnom Kulen National Park. Come to visit Angkor Centre For Conservation Biodiversity to learn about the animals that ACCB is taking care of and the conservation efforts. Angkor Centre For Conservation Biodiversity is open to welcome guests from Monday to Saturday at 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM for a minimum donation of $3:00 per person.
Angkor Centre For Conservation Biodiversity offers a broad range of inquiry-based lectures and hands-on lessons for all age groups in both Khmer and English. The programs include biodiversity, responsible tourism, Cambodian ecosystems, and more.
Moreover, Angkor Centre For Conservation Biodiversity conducts local education programs in the community surrounding Phnom Kulen National Park. Following the education, Angkor Centre For Conservation Biodiversity conducts eco-clubs with primary schools and hold community night show in more than 10 villages, providing training and workshop.
